Let’s set up a ‘Meet & Greet’ Call - over this call we will talk through all of your goals for your new house, talk over the monthly payment and how much cash you’ll need to purchase, answer any questions you may have about the buying process
Get you preapproved - either via phone, in person or through a secure application we’ll go through the full application to know what paperwork we’ll need to finalize your preapproval
Set up a ‘Preapproval Intro Call’ - Congrats! It’s time to start shopping for your new home! Before we jump in the car, we’ll jump on a call to deep dive into the timeline, the current market and answer any lingering questions

How the process works
1 - Documentation
There are a few critical documents we will need to verify to start your loan process. (Paystubs, Bank Statements, W2’s…)
2 - Appraisal
The appraisal insures the home you are buying is worth the price that is being offered.
3 - Initial Underwriting
The Underwriter will verify that all information provided is accurate and authentic.
4 - Conditional Approval
Conditional Approval is granted when the Underwriter approves the loan under certain conditions.
5 - Clear to Close
The Underwriter verifies that all documentation has been provided, and all conditions have been met and satisfactory.
6 - Closing
Signing the final paperwork and receiving the keys to your new home!
